Warranty for our tubs

This warranty applys only to hot tubs located in mainland England and Wales and excludes trade sales, hot tubs used for commercial purposes and ex demo hot tubs. These are covered under a parts only warranty, broken parts are required to be returned at the owners cost, no labour is covered.

HOT TUB SHELL (LIFETIME**) Hot Tubs 2 Buy warrants the hot tub shell to the customer against water loss due to structural failure for the lifetime† of the hot tub.

SHELL SURFACE (LIFETIME**) Hot Tubs 2 Buy warrants the interior surface to the customer against blistering, cracking, peeling, delaminating, to the customer the lifetime† of the hot tub

PUMP (2 YEARS*) Hot Tubs 2 Buy warrants the hot tub's pump - against malfunction due to defects for 2 years from the original date of the purchase. Inclusive of Parts and on-site labour*

PLUMBING (1 YEAR*) Hot Tubs 2 Buy warrants the factory installed plumbing components - specifically jets, glued fittings, plumbing, pipes and hoses - against water loss due to defect in workmanship and materials, to the customer for a period of 1 year, from the original date of purchase. Inclusive of Parts and "on-site" labour*

EQUIPMENT & COMPONENTS (1 YEAR*) Hot Tubs 2 Buy warrants the hot tub's equipment - specifically the hot tub electrical pack and control panel - against malfunction due to defects in the first years from the original date of the purchase. Inclusive of Parts and on-site labour*

The warranty is only valid to the original owner.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, wear and tear, improper electrical connection or water chemistry or leaving the empty hot tub exposed to the sun.

Free Accessories are not covered by Warranty.

When installing the hot tub within or on a decking or patio the service door must be accessible for pump and control pack repair. If a leak or malfunction should occur in an inaccessible place it is the customers responsibility to make this accessible to the engineer.

**All Parts, labour and Travel costs will all be met by Hot Tubs 2 Buy.

*Parts And "On-site" labour ( "on-site" labour does not include travel costs to the hot tub, this will be made on a costs ONLY basis and must be paid up front.)

† Lifetime is the expected lifespan of the hot tub which is considered to be 6 Years.

Spacrest Range

10-YEAR STRUCTURE SPA CREST, INC. warrants the fiberglass spa shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase.

5-YEAR SURFACE SPA CREST, INC. warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, cracks or delaminations due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

2-YEAR EQUIPMENT & PLUMBING SPA CREST, INC. warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower, heater and the control system) and the plumbing components (including jets, air controls, glued fittings and plumbing) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Light bulbs and filter cartridges are not included, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser.

SPA CREST, INC. warrants the exterior EON cabinet and headrests to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Timberstone acrylic cabinets carry a full 5 year warranty. The stereo components and spa cover have a 1 year warranty.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY The limited warranty applies to all Spa Crest Hot Tubs manufactured by SPA CREST, INC., Claxton, GA and sold by authorized dealers. The limited warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and terminates upon transfer of ownership. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. This limited warranty does not provide coverage for any items attached to, or installed on the spa after the original manufacture date.

EXCLUSIONS The limited warranty is void if the spa has been subjected to freeze damage or damage caused by improper water chemistry. This limited warranty is void if the spa has been subject to alterations, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a SPA CREST, INC. authorized service representative; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of SPA CREST, INC. Alterations include plumbing changes, electrical conversions, or additions of alternative sanitation or heating systems that contribute to component or unit failure. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than the outlined in the owner’s manual or use for which the spa is not designed. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 34° F. and 107° F, damage caused by dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridges, damage to the spa surface caused by the improper use of chemicals, allowing undisolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper pH balance or other improper water chemistry. Damages caused by failure to provide even or sufficient support for the spa are considered abuses and may void this limited warranty.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this limited warranty, notify your authorized Spa Crest dealer. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. An authorized Spa Crest service tech will repair the spa subject to the terms and conditions contained in this limited warranty. Within the warranty terms, there will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable travel charges for the service call. If SPA CREST, INC. determines that repairs are not feasible, we reserve the right to provide a replacement spa in lieu of repair. SPA CREST, INC. will replace with a spa of equal value to the original purchase. In the event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the owner. SPA CREST, INC. reserves the right to an on-site inspection by its authorized service representative. DISCLAIMERS SPA CREST, INC. or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage, which may include but not limited to, the removal of a permanent deck or other custom fixture. In no event shall SPA CREST, INC. be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the product. No other warranties, expressed or implied are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Vision range

12 Year Structure Spa Crest, Inc. warrants the fiberglass spa shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship for twelve years from the date of purchase.

7 Year Surface Spa Crest, Inc. warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, cracks or delaminations due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase.
