Are you looking for a Dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive Job with a varied work environment?

The Waterstream Group, the leading hot tub and swimming pool retailer is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to manage the group’s sales and marketing activities alongside the Managing Director. The group is growing at a triple digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength. We are looking for someone who is motivated to make our goals and yours a reality and join us on our exciting journey.

If successful you will be directly responsible for building relationships with customers from their first interest, through to purchase and beyond. You must be great at building a rapport with customers, driven to succeed and wildly ambitious. You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and a team player, committed to driving towards a common goal. You will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of the marketing plan, both online and offline. You should have a keen eye for detail and be adept at writing marketing copy for the website and brochures.

You will be expected to work to targets and if met will be rewarded through an attractive commission structure. We have a reputation for personal service and product knowledge, we will train and grow sending you on regular courses to benefit both our business and your personal development. Your work load will be split during summer months approx 70 : 30 sales: marketing and the reverse during winter.

We will consider both, experienced sales and/or marketing executives and qualified graduates, salary is negotiable based on skill / experience / past performance.
