We were looking for a hot tub to blend in with our garden and our garden designer came up with the concept of a wooden hot tub and put us in touch with waterstream. We couldnt be happier with the results. The tub looks stunning and is beautify crafted. We went for the electric heating option as we did not want the effort of draining the tub after each use and waiting for it to get hot.

Warranty

All Waterstream Natural Wooden hot tubs are covered by the following warranty.

2 Years warranty on all non natural products including, chofu, electric heater, gas heater, jets, pumps, lights blowers.

2 Year warranty on all wood against rotting.

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover against leaks in the wood barrel as wood is a natural product and will expand and contract. This warranty also does not cover any discolouration or splitting of the wood.
