All Waterstream Natural Wooden hot tubs are covered by the following warranty.

2 Years warranty on all non natural products including, chofu, electric heater, gas heater, jets, pumps, lights blowers.

2 Year warranty on all wood against rotting.

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover against leaks in the wood barrel as wood is a natural product and will expand and contract. This warranty also does not cover any discolouration or splitting of the wood.
