Hot tub water emptied and refilled with fresh water Hot Tub Report Sheet Wipe over hot tub shell Rebalance chemicals Wash filters
Silver Service	£199 + Callout
Biofilm Eliminator added to water on arrival along with Shock dose Filters soaked in filter cleaning solutions and washed Empty water, clean out, rinse down & vacuum spa Inspect every component of the hot tub Clean cover with protector Wash down cabinet Re-fill hot tub with fresh water and re-fit filters Ensure all pumps and heaters are working correctly Test hot tub components Balance hot tub water with chemicals Hot Tub Report Sheet
Gold Service	£299 + Callout
Same as Silver Service, plus All jets removed if not static and lime scale and dirt build up removed from behind jet All air valves and diverter removed to ensure dirt and lime scale is removed Free set of Filters Hot Tub Report Sheet
Winter Hibernate	£99 + Callout
Biofilm Eliminator added to water on arrival along with Shock dose Hot Tub Report Sheet Filters cleaned and left to dry before putting away Empty water, clean, rinse down and vacuum out spa Drain water from components (i.e. pumps and heater) Shrink wrap top of spa Clean cover Leave isolator switch in “off” position Hot tub is then left to hibernate for the winter
