All our parts carry a 1 Years Warranty from point of delivery
If you have a fault with the part and would like a replacement, please fill out our on line warranty form to request a return.
You will then be contacted with a returns number, You will then be able to return the part back to us for testing, If we find that the part is faulty we will send a replacement back to you. It is your resposibilty to return the part at your cost
If parts are found to be fitted incorrectly causing damage you will be charged for their repair or replacment. This includes but not exclusive to - pump seals damaged due to no water, Heater Element Damage due to lack of water / dry fireing.
If nothing can be found with the part you will be charged return postage
We are unable to cover cost of an engineer to replace the faulty part.
